The BC Government has extended the deadline for pre-existing owners to file Transparency Reports with the Land Owner Transparency Registry (“LOTR”) from November 30, 2021 to November 30, 2022.
Corporate entities, partnerships and trustees are all required to file Transparency Reports. LOTR is accessed through the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC’s online portal. The Transparency Reports can only be generated and filed by legal professionals.
