Kate Isaac

Kate is an associate business lawyer at Magellan.  Kate’s areas of practice include corporate, commercial and securities.

Kate has advised private and public companies in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.  She has experience acting for large and small businesses in connection with corporate governance, securities regulatory issues, equity and debt financings and the purchase and sale of businesses.

In addition to her law degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Kate has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto.

Prior to joining Magellan, Kate practiced as an associate lawyer in the corporate finance and securities group of a large regional law firm in downtown Vancouver.

Kate was born and raised in Surrey, B.C. and continues to live there with her husband and three children.
