Sylvia is an associate lawyer at Magellan Lawyers LLP, focusing on real estate law, corporate and commercial matters, and estate planning, including drafting Wills, Power of Attorneys, Representation Agreements, and various types of trust documents. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their goals and provide clear, practical advice to help them make confident decisions. 

Born and raised in mainland China, then educated in Hong Kong, Sylvia brings a cross-cultural perspective to her practice and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Her language skills and background allow her to connect with clients from diverse communities and make the legal process more accessible.

Sylvia lives with her husband and three lovely children in South Surrey and enjoys piano, badminton and nature walks.
